The company is a leading platform that empowers businesses to create and deploy intelligent chatbots. We're looking for a passionate and creative Community Manager to join our team and help us build and nurture a thriving community of users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Community Management:
    • Actively engage with our community members on various platforms (forums, social media, etc.)

    • Respond to inquiries, provide support, and foster a positive community atmosphere

    • Moderate discussions and ensure that they remain respectful and on-topic

  • Content Creation:
    • Write engaging and informative content, including blog posts, articles, and social media updates

    • Create product videos, tutorials, and demos to educate and excite our community

    • Develop comprehensive help documentation to assist users in effectively utilizing our platform

  • Customer Interaction:
    • Conduct one-on-one Zoom calls with customers to address their needs and provide personalized support

    • Engage in live chats to answer questions and resolve issues in real-time

  • Product Updates:
    • Regularly communicate new product features, updates, and enhancements to the community

    • Gather feedback from users to help improve our products and services



    • Qualifications:
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong understanding of social media platforms and community management best practices
    • Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, video editing software, Figma, Loom)
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Passion for technology and a desire to help others
    • Strong customer service orientation

  • Experience:

    • Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience 
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Other Details:

Experience: 2 + years
Work Timings: 10 AM - 7 PM
Work Days: Monday - Friday
Work Mode: Remote work flexibility
Location: Pakistan
