Client Company Introduction:

Singaporean IT firm Expanding its team in Pakistan.

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, and build relationships with agribusiness clients including distributors, millers, food producers, and agri-input providers.
  • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation and pitching to closing and post-sale support.
  • Work closely with commercial and product teams to align client needs with tailored product offerings.
  • Negotiate and close deals that deliver value for both the client and company.
  • Analyze market trends and customer data to identify new business opportunities and target segments.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
  • Represent the company at relevant industry events, exhibitions, and conferences.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reporting on sales performance, customer feedback, and competitor activity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in agriculture, business, economics, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, within agritech, or agriculture sector.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

    Familiarity with the agricultural landscape and customer needs in Pakistan, especially Punjab.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills able to pitch to clients and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Goal-oriented and performance-driven thrives in a target-driven environment.

  • Problem-solving mindset quickly adapts to client needs and business challenges.

  • Strong commercial acumen understands pricing, positioning, and sales metrics.

  • Self-starter comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.

  • Tech-savvy comfortable working with digital tools and platforms
