Job description

    • Recruitment and Hiring:
      Assisting in finding, screening, and interviewing potential employees, as well as onboarding new hires.
    • Employee Relations:
      Addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and ensuring a positive work environment.
    • Compensation and Benefits:
      Managing employee pay, benefits, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
    • Training and Development:
      Identifying training needs, developing and delivering training programs, and ensuring employee development.
    • Compliance:
      Staying up-to-date on employment laws and regulations and ensuring company policies are compliant.
    • Performance Management:
      Conducting performance reviews, setting goals, and providing feedback to employees.
    • Record Keeping:
      Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, and performance evaluations.
    • Administrative Tasks:
      Handling administrative tasks related to HR, such as processing payroll, managing employee leave, and handling benefit claims.
    • Employee Engagement:
      Implementing initiatives to improve employee morale and engagement.

    • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
    • Excellent interpersonal skills.

    • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Requirements

Job Details:
Experience: 2 Years
Work Timings: 9 am - 6 pm
Work Days: Monday - Friday
Work Mode: Onsite
Location: Korangi - Karachi, Pakistan
