Product Manager

Role Overview:

As a Product Manager, you will take ownership of the entire product lifecycle from strategy to delivery. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product vision, prioritize initiatives, and ensure timely execution that drives business growth and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the product strategy aligned with Ideal Enterprises business goals
  

• Own product roadmap planning, prioritization, and stakeholder communication
  

• Lead market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback loops to inform product decisions
  

• Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to build and launch high-impact features
  

• Drive data-driven product development using analytics and performance metrics
  

• Monitor product performance and user engagement, and propose continuous improvements
  

• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery across complex, cross-functional projects
  

• Present product updates, roadmaps, and strategy to leadership and key stakeholders
  

• Coach and mentor junior product team members (if applicable)

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  

• 10-13 years of product management experience, preferably in mid-to-large scale organizations
  

• Proven success in launching and scaling digital or enterprise products
  

• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies
  

• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
  

• Proficient in product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Trello, Figma, analytics platforms)
  

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams

Work Mode: ONSITE - Full Time

Location: Dubai, UAE

Experience: 10-15 years

Days: Monday to Friday

Timing: 9am-6pm
