JOB DESCRIPTION

• Lead the development of comprehensive test plans, encompassing functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Execute test cases and coordinate testing efforts to meet project timelines.
• Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
• Continuously enhance automation frameworks to improve efficiency and coverage.
• Identify, document, and track defects throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely resolution of identified issues.
• Establish and monitor key quality metrics to assess the effectiveness of testing processes.
• Generate and communicate comprehensive test reports to project stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and provide quality assurance insights.
• Communicate effectively with team members, providing feedback on software quality and potential improvements.
• Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
• Introduce and implement best practices to enhance overall software quality.
  

SKILLS

• 3-5 years of professional experience in software quality assurance.
• Proficient in test automation tools and frameworks.(e.g. Selenium, Appium and JMeter are must, Cypress would be good)
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, SDLC, and STLC.
• Experience with performance testing tools and methodologies is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities.
