A tech enterprise focused on Carrier Billing, Micro Payments, and Mobile VAS across Pakistan, the Middle East, and Europe.

JOB SUMMARY

As a Business Development Manager (Digital Products), you will play a key role in driving growth across our digital telecom portfolio by identifying new opportunities, developing scalable business cases, and leading strategic initiatives. This role requires a commercially driven individual with strong market insight, a strategic mindset, and a passion for digital innovation to unlock new value and business potential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Business Development 
    1- Identify, evaluate, and execute business opportunities across telecom services and digital portals.
    2- Lead development of business cases for new services with partners.
    3- Drive revenue growth through partnerships, product enhancements, and
    data-led strategies.
  • Solution Design & Management 
    1- Collaborate with technical and product teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
    2- Lead feasibility, impact, and ROI analysis for new offerings and campaigns.
    3- Lead and supervise end-to-end product life cycle for in-house products.
  • Analytics & Insights 
    1- Use Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and internal data tools to identify
    product and market trends.
    2- Drive insights-driven decision-making and track key business KPIs.
    3- Benchmark competitor offerings for positioning and pricing strategy.
  • Customer Acquisition & Monetization 
    1- Supervise execution of digital acquisition campaigns (Google, Meta, TikTok).
    2- Monitor CPA and revenue conversion with focus to improve acquisition
    efficiency and ROI.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2-4 years of experience in business development, product strategy, or digital partnerships preferably in the telecom, VAS, or digital media sector.
  • Proven experience in building business cases, leading initiatives with external partners, and translating insights into commercial outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects working with product, tech, analytics, and marketing teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using data platforms (Google Analytics, Clarity, Excel/Sheets, Power BI or similar tools).
  • Solid understanding of Telecom business models, digital monetization strategies, and revenue tracking metrics (ARPU, CPA, ROI).
  • Effective communication and presentation skills able to lead stakeholders conversations, pitch ideas, and defend recommendations.
  • Ability to operate with strategic autonomy, own deliverables, and work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or Marketing from a recognised institution
