About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized, and experienced Accounts & HR Executive to join our team. Candidate will be responsible for managing all HR Operations while also
handling general accounting functions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Laptop ordering and updates
2. Email ID creation of new employees
3. HR Documentation, Bonds, Employment Contracts
4. Preparing Employee Key Performance Indicator And bonus sheet
5. Preparing Key Accounts and BD team key Performance indicator and Bonus sheet
6. Maintaining Service Contracts of HR Ways clients in folder and checking properly all signed
7. Preparing Salary sheet
8. Discussing Monthly salary sheet with me (some staff goes on leave, some we pay cut if remote, part time).
9. Reminding me on Annual Bi Annual increments and Bond Expiration
10. Ask Attendance Admin for leave records to adjust in Payroll
11. Disburse Salary through Portal
14. Send Payslips to Employees
15. Sync with Accounts to update Bonus Sheet every month
16. Run Bonus Cycle on 15th after review with me and rida
17. Inform all Employees on Bonus Sent via message
18. Promptly answer all employees queries regarding salary, bonus, increments and taxation & OPD selection or rejection.
19. Handle Employee OPD approval and disbursement
20. Email employees update on OPD clearance and when to expect clearance, verification of bills.
21. Send Employees KPI summary every month on email and clear queries on calculation.
22. Issue and order Stationery for Employees including pen, dairy, mouse, mouse pads etc.
23. Maintain log of current company assets like mobile phones, laptops, batteries
24. Sell old laptops, arrange supplies of new. Onboard new vendors where needes
25. Coordinate with Internet Guys in case of office technical issues
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Accounting,HR
5+ years of experience in accounting and HR
Strong understanding of Pakistan tax regulations
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet right deadlines.
Other Details :
Experience: 3 -5 year
Work Timings: Monday to Friday: 09:00 A.M to 05: 00 PM
Work Mode: Onsite
Location: Karachi
