Position: Community Manager
Responsibilities:
- Engage with the online community across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, etc.).
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.
- Assist in creating and scheduling content for social media, newsletters, and community forums.
- Monitor trends, mentions, and feedback to help improve community satisfaction and engagement.
- Support in planning and executing community campaigns, contests, and virtual/in-person events.
- Collect and report on community feedback and engagement metrics.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, design, customer support) to ensure a consistent brand voice and message.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply;
Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
Passion for social media, content creation, and customer engagement.
Basic knowledge of social media platforms and tools.
Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude.

- Work Timings: 9 am- 6pm
- Work Days: Monday- Saturday
- Work Mode: Onsite - Lahore
