Systems Support Specialist - Remote from Pakistan

Client company introduction:
US Based Supermarket Giant is Expanding its team in Pakistan.

Overview:
We are a fast-paced wholesale distribution company serving thousands of customers across the DFW area. Our business runs on a complex ERP environment (NCR Counterpoint) and other critical applications that keep our operations moving. Were looking for a Systems Support Specialist to ensure these systems run smoothly and to support our team with technical expertise, troubleshooting, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities :

• Keep systems running: Monitor and support all business applications, ensuring minimal downtime and reliable performance.
• ERP support: Serve as the go-to resource for NCR Counterpoint, handling troubleshooting, configurations, and user issues.
• SQL & reporting: Write and optimize SQL queries, validate data, and support reporting needs for operations and management.
• Integrations & updates: Support system integrations with e-commerce, WMS, and other tools; test and validate updates or patches before rollout.
• User support & training: Provide hands-on support to end users, document processes, and train staff on system functionality.
• Problem-solving: Partner with internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues quickly and keep operations on track.

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience in application or systems support.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (NCR Counterpoint experience strongly preferred).
• Proficiency in SQL (queries, troubleshooting, reporting).
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication skills for working across departments and with vendors.


Preferred But Not Required:

• Experience in wholesale, distribution, or retail environments.
• Familiarity with reporting tools (Crystal Reports, SSRS, Power BI).
• Understanding of APIs and system integrations.

Working Mode: Remote from Pakistan and India
Experience: 2 - 4 years
Timings US time Zone
Work time: Monday - Friday (6 pm - 3 am) & Saturday (Half Day)
