Client Company Introduction:
A US based real estate tech platform/company having 100+ employees working over there.
Job Description:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product management, engineering, and research) to identify design solutions that meet business goals and user needs
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our users through research, testing, and analysis
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for digital products (web, mobile, etc.)
Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that align with our brand guidelines
Develop and maintain design systems, guidelines, and standards
Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and refine designs
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
Requirements:
2 - 4 years of experience in UI/UX design
Portfolio that showcases your design process, thinking, and solutions
Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and methodologies
Proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and InVision
Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Work Mode: Remote from anywhere in Pakistan
Timings: Mon - Fri (6pm - 3am PKT)
Experience: 2 -4 Years in UI/UX Field
