We are looking for a Solution Architect with extensive experience in Fullstack/Multistack development, cloud solutions, and modern software architecture. As a key technical leader, you will design scalable, secure, and reliable solutions, drive cloud migration, and optimize system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead AI-driven Architectural Design & Strategy

Guide technical decision-making for AI-powered software solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency.

Establish best practices for AI and tech startup development, providing mentorship on system architecture, microservices, and AI deployment strategies.

  • Develop & Maintain AI-Ready Backend Services

Build robust backend services using Python (Django, FastAPI) with a focus on AI-driven applications.

Design and implement data pipelines, model inference APIs, and real-time processing frameworks for AI applications.

  • AI-Powered Frontend Development

Build intuitive, high-performance frontend applications using JavaScript, React, and Next.js, optimized for AI-powered user experiences.

Integrate AI models into web-based platforms, enabling real-time AI interactions and dynamic content generation.

  • Design Scalable Microservices & API Architectures

Architect and implement AI-focused microservices, RESTful APIs, and Service-Oriented Architectures (SOA) for startups.

Ensure seamless integration of machine learning models and AI services within distributed systems.

  • Cloud Infrastructure & AI Deployment

Lead AI model deployment and cloud infrastructure setup on AWS (IAM, EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudFormation, VPC, SageMaker, Bedrock, etc.).

Oversee cloud-native AI development, serverless computing, and cost-efficient AI training workflows.

  • Containerization & Scalable AI Workflows

Deploy and manage AI applications using Docker and Kubernetes, ensuring scalability and efficient resource utilization.

Automate AI model training, inference, and A/B testing environments for incubated startups.

  • Performance Optimization & Real-time AI Solutions

Enhance AI model serving performance, caching mechanisms, and WebSocket-based real-time AI interactions.

Optimize vector databases, embedding-based search, and AI-driven recommendation engines.

Continuous Integration & Deployment

  • Implement and refine CI/CD pipelines tailored for AI model versioning, monitoring, and iterative improvements.
  • Facilitate MLOps best practices to streamline AI lifecycle management.

Security, Scalability, & Compliance

Design AI solutions with a focus on data security, model robustness, and regulatory compliance (GDPR, AI ethics, etc.).

Ensure high availability and fault-tolerant AI architectures.

  • Innovate with Very Large Language Models (VLLMs) & AI Research

Guide startups on leveraging VLLMs (Very Large Language Models), fine-tuning LLMs, and integrating generative AI capabilities.

Experiment with edge AI, federated learning, and multimodal AI applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

    • 10 + years of experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Lead, or similar role.
    • Strong expertise in Python backend development (Django, FastAPI, or equivalent).
    • Proficiency in JavaScript, React, and Next.js for frontend development.
    • Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and cloud infrastructure.
    • Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices.
    • Experience with streaming data, WebSockets, and caching for performance optimization.
    • Expertise in CI/CD pipelines and automation using PowerShell, DevOps tools.
    • Understanding of microservices, RESTful APIs, and SOA.
    • (Nice to have) Experience with AI applications and VLLM deployment.
