About the job: Business Development Manager
Client company introduction:
A leading global Web3 and blockchain-focused employment platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
Present, promote, and sell software solutions to prospective clients.
Conduct product demonstrations and clearly communicate product features and benefits.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate software products or services.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, quotes, and presentations.
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing the deal.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales reports and forecasts.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Experience must be 4 years or above
Candidate must be proficient in Linked Sales Navigator
Candidate must have proven track record of B2B sales and preferably in selling Recruiter ATS
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is a plus.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Tech-savvy and comfortable with software demos and CRM tools.
