Job Description:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product management, engineering, and research) to identify design solutions that meet business goals and user needs
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our users through research, testing, and analysis
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for digital products (web, mobile, etc.)
• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that align with our brand guidelines

• Develop and maintain design systems, guidelines, and standards

• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and refine designs

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design

• Portfolio that showcases your design process, thinking, and solutions

• Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and methodologies

• Proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and InVision

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
