We are seeking a Senior Automation Test Engineer with strong leadership capabilities to
join and guide our Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate is not only technically
proficient in UI automation with Selenium, API automation, and XPath/locator
strategies, but also brings mobile automation experience and a passion for mentoring
others. You will play a key role in shaping our test automation strategy, ensuring product
quality, and leading a team of QA professionals in a dynamic, agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor a team of QA automation engineers, providing technical guidance
and ensuring adherence to best practices in test automation.
- Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test frameworks for web, mobile
(iOS and Android), and API platforms.
- Conduct and oversee manual testing and regression testing as needed.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders to define
quality goals and translate business requirements into comprehensive test plans and
strategies.
- Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines to support automated testing using tools such
as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.
- Develop and maintain release day test plans, smoke test suites, and automated
regression test suites to ensure high-quality product releases.
- Proactively identify areas for automation and performance improvements across our
testing process.
- Stay current with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry trends in test
automation and mobile QA.
- Manage test documentation, defect tracking, and issue resolution in collaboration with
development teams.

Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in automated testing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or
senior role.
- Strong proficiency in Selenium, Java/Python/C#, and Object-Oriented Programming
(OOP) concepts.
- Demonstrated experience with XPath, CSS selectors, and advanced element location
strategies.
- Hands-on experience with API automation tools such as Postman, RestAssured, or
Karate.
- Proven experience in mobile automation testing using tools like Appium
- Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and QA best practices.
- Experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.            

Job Details:

Working Days: Monday - Friday

Working Timings: 10AM - 7PM

Work Mode: Full-Time Remote

Experience: 4+years
