About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize product listings on various e-commerce platforms.

  • Coordinate with the digital marketing team to run online sales campaigns and promotions.
  • Collaborate with the content and graphics teams to ensure high-quality product images and descriptions
  • identify new trends and opportunities for growth.

  • Process orders, returns, and refunds efficiently while maintaining accurate records.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in E-Commerce, or related field.

  • 1 - 2 years of experience in e-commerce sales or digital retail.

  • Familiarity with platforms like facebook, insta, Shopify, Daraz, WooCommerce, etc.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce sales and customer behavior.

  • Proficient in Google Analytics, SEO, PPC, and digital marketing.

Other Details:

Experience: 1+ Years

Work Timings / Day: Monday to Saturday (2 pm - 10 pm)

Work Mode: Onsite
