About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Frontend React Developer to join our growing engineering team. This is a critical role for building intuitive, performant, and scalable user experiences for our B2B SaaS platform.
The ideal candidate has experience working at product-based B2B SaaS companies, understands the complexity of enterprise-grade applications, and can deliver high-quality, maintainable code that scales with our rapid growth. You should bring strong ownership, a deep understanding of modern frontend technologies, and the ability to collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain high-performance React applications for our B2B SaaS platform.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to translate business requirements into seamless, user-friendly interfaces.
- Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and responsiveness across devices and browsers.
- Drive adoption of frontend best practices, testing strategies, and code review standards.
- Contribute to design system evolution and UI/UX improvements with a strong attention to detail.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to fostering a high-performance engineering culture.
Qualifications
Experience
- 6+ years of professional frontend development experience, with 4+ years focused on React.js.
- Proven experience working at legit B2B SaaS/product-based companies (not service/agency only).
- Strong background in building enterprise-level applications with scalability and reliability in mind.
Technical Skills
- Deep expertise in React, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), Redux (or similar state management).
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, and modern frontend tooling (Webpack, Vite, Babel, etc.).
- Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or similar).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and agile development practices.
- Knowledge of performance optimization techniques for large-scale SaaS applications.
Soft Skills
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
- Passion for clean, maintainable code and great user experiences.
Nice to Have
- Experience with design systems (Storybook, Material UI, Tailwind).
- Exposure to micro-frontend architecture.
- Understanding of accessibility (WCAG standards).
- Prior experience in startup or hyper-growth SaaS environments.
