Inventory Supply Chain Associate (Remote Preferred)

Role Overview

We are seeking a forward-thinking, detail-oriented Inventory Supply Chain Associate to oversee and forecast inventory across multiple facilities. This role requires someone who can anticipate challenges, ensure inventory is consistently fulfilled, and factor in not only days-on-hand but also space limitations and operational constraints at each location.

The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, advanced Excel (including pivot tables), and the ability to think several steps ahead to ensure smooth operations between facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Forecasting & Planning
• Monitor and project inventory levels across all facilities.
• Develop forward-looking inventory forecasts that account for demand, supply lead times, and facility capacity.
• Proactively identify risks such as shortages, overstocks, or storage constraints.
• Execution & Coordination
• Ensure transfers between facilities are completed on schedule and align with operational requirements.
• Partner with operations and purchasing teams to align replenishment needs with supply availability.
• Monitor and report on fulfillment accuracy, days-on-hand, and space utilization.
• Analysis & Reporting
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Excel pivot tables and other tools.
• Analyze trends in product flow and provide actionable insights to improve inventory management.
• Recommend process improvements to optimize supply chain efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in inventory, supply chain, or related operations role.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
• Proactive, aggressive problem solver who can anticipate challenges before they arise.
• Ability to work remotely and independently while staying aligned with team goals.

Location: Remote

Experience: 2-4 years

Timings: US time zone (8 AM CST to 5 PM CST)

(6 PM PKT - 3 AM PKT)

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Saturday 4 hours only)
