Opening: Collection Officer - Onsite (Real Estate/banking/Insurance - Karachi)

Hiring one of our top consulting firm for Real Estate in Karachi.

Job Summary:
The Company is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Collection Officer to manage receivables and ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining healthy cash flow and strong client relationships across multiple real estate development projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Collections & Follow-ups

• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients for outstanding payments
• Send payment reminders and communicate due schedules clearly
• Negotiate and arrange payment plans when required

Customer Coordination

• Maintain professional relationships with clients
• Address queries related to invoices, payments, and balances
• Escalate complex or disputed cases to management

Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain accurate records of receivables and payment history
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports
• Update internal systems with follow-up activities

Internal Coordination

• Coordinate with Finance, Sales, and Legal departments
• Assist in handling defaulter cases and legal follow-ups

Compliance & Process Support

• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
• Support improvements in collection processes and documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in collections or receivables
• Experience in UAE real estate or property development preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines

Other Details:
Experience: 2 years experience in Real Estate Industry.
Location: Karachi
Salary: Market Competitive
Benefits: Medical - PF - Gratuity - Yearly Bonus - Leaves etc.
Timings: 10 am to 7 pm - Mon to Saturday.
