IT Systems and Network Engineer (On-Site | Islamabad | Salary in PKR)

What We're Looking For:

We are looking for an IT Systems & Network Engineer to manage and support internal IT systems, endpoint devices, identity management, mobile device management, and local network infrastructure.

This role focuses on maintaining company laptops, endpoint security, user access management, OS deployments, patch management, update roll-outs, MDM, and office network devices. The ideal candidate has 1 year of hands-on IT support experience and is looking to grow in systems and network administration.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing 100+ company devices across multiple locations, including the UK, Islamabad, and Karachi, ensuring devices are securely configured, updated, and properly managed.

Responsibilities:

Systems & Device Management

• Manage and support company laptops and devices

• Assist with Intune, ManageEngine, MDM, and endpoint security management

• Handle device onboarding and offboarding

• Support OS deployments and device provisioning

• Manage patching, software updates, and roll-out of the operating system and application updates

Identity & Access

• Manage user accounts and access in Microsoft Entra ID

• Reset passwords and support basic access control tasks

Network Support

• Troubleshot LAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN connectivity issues

• Assist with basic access point and router configurations

Technical Support

• Provide support for Windows, Outlook, and Microsoft 365 issues

• Offering remote and on-site technical assistance to staff

Documentation

• Maintain IT asset records

• Document issues and follow IT security policies

Requirements:

• Strong Windows troubleshooting skills

• Basic networking knowledge (IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi)

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Outlook, and MDM tools

• Basic understanding of endpoint security, preferably Bitdefender GravityZone

• 1+ years of IT support or systems experience

Preferred Certifications:

• CompTIA A+

• CompTIA Network+

• ITIL Foundation

• Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102)

• Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert (MS-102)

Work Mode: Onsite, Islamabad

Experience: 1-3 years

Days: Monday to Friday

Timing: 9 AM-6 PM
