Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of AGIs AI/ML strategy, aligning it with broader business goals and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership teams to define the AI vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and resource planning.

  • Drive the enterprise-wide adoption of AI technologies, defining a clear strategy for scaling AI capabilities across different business units.
  • Evaluate emerging AI technologies, trends, and market developments, providing strategic insights and recommendations for AI adoption and investments.
  • Establish metrics and KPIs to track the success and impact of AI solutions, ensuring that AI initiatives drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven solutions, leveraging LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, and ML models to solve complex business challenges.
  • Manage the AI/ML pipeline for data ingestion, model training, deployment, and lifecycle management, ensuring models are scalable and maintainable.
  • Ensure the performance and reliability of AI solutions, monitoring key metrics and resolving issues to maintain optimal model outputs.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Engineering, IT, Product, and Business Units) to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.

  • Conduct regular performance audits of deployed AI systems, ensuring that they meet business objectives and technical requirements.
  • Ensure seamless integration of AI models with existing enterprise systems like CRM, ERP, and business analytics platforms.

Product & Process Improvement:

  • Develop and maintain enterprise AI frameworks, blueprints, and best practices, ensuring scalable, reliable, and compliant AI systems across the organization.
  • Lead the continuous improvement of AI models and systems, iterating on model performance, accuracy, and scalability based on business feedback.
  • Support the optimization of AI workflows and pipelines, identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.

  • Leverage analytics and feedback loops to evaluate AI system performance, identifying new opportunities for innovation and optimization.

  • Drive AI maturity initiatives, improving how AI is integrated into business processes and product development cycles.

  • Implement best practices for AI model governance, ensuring transparency, fairness, and ethical use of AI across the organization.

  • Contribute to the development of an AI roadmap, ensuring that new technologies and innovations are evaluated and incorporated into the business strategy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.

  • Foundational knowledge of machine learning, data engineering, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

  • Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, LLMs, and advanced AI techniques.

  • Expertise in building and scaling AI/ML pipelines, including data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, and deployment.

  • Strong competency in Python, ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and data engineering tools.

  • Hands-on experience with GenAI, RAG architecture, vector databases, and agentic AI frameworks.

  • Strong understanding of MLOps practices—model versioning, CI/CD for ML, monitoring, and governance.

  • Familiarity with cloud-native AI services (Azure OpenAI, AWS Sagemaker, GCP Vertex AI).

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Ability to translate complex AI concepts into business language for non-technical stakeholders.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.

- Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Machine Learning, or Advanced Computing.

  • Professional certifications such as:AI/ML certifications (e.g., AWS Machine Learning Specialty, Google Professional ML Engineer, Azure AI Engineer Associate).

  • Cloud architecture certifications related to AI platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Other Details:

  • Experience: 5-8 Years of Experience
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday
  • Work Timings: 9:30am - 6:30pm
  • Work Mode: Full Time Onsite in Islamabad
