About the Role: Full Stack Developer - Python & React

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer/Engineer who has independently built and deployed complete web and mobile applications. You will lead the development of end-to-end solutions, from frontend interfaces to backend systems, and take ownership of projects from conception to production. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record of delivering full-stack applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop full-stack web and mobile applications independently

• Build responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces

• Develop scalable backend systems and APIs

• Manage databases and implement data persistence solutions

• Deploy and maintain applications in production environments

• Optimize application performance and user experience

• Implement security best practices across the stack

• Mentor junior developers and share technical knowledge

• Participate in architectural decisions and technical planning

• Ensure code quality through testing and code reviews

  

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years of professional full-stack development experience

• Proven portfolio with at least 2-3 independently built and deployed web/app projects

• Strong proficiency in frontend technologies (React, Vue, Angular, or similar)

• Strong backend development skills (Node.js, Python, Java, Go, or similar)

• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases

• Solid understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture

• Experience with version control (Git) and collaborative development

• Knowledge of deployment and DevOps practices

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

• Excellent communication and documentation abilities

  

Location: Onsite - Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi
Shift Timing: Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
