Sr. React Native Engineer (Remote | Salary in PKR)

Our Client company is a fast-growing software agency in Faisalabad.


Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with strong React Native expertise to lead the development of scalable, high-quality mobile applications. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to build performant cross-platform apps and shape the mobile architecture. This role requires deep technical knowledge, an ownership mindset, and the ability to mentor other developers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain React Native applications for iOS and Android
• Architect scalable and maintainable mobile solutions
• Write clean, reusable, and high-quality code
• Optimize app performance, responsiveness, and reliability
• Integrate APIs and third-party services
• Debug complex issues across devices and OS versions
• Ensure best practices in testing, CI/CD, and code reviews
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Backend)
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers
• Participate in technical planning and architecture decisions

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Firebase, push notifications, and analytics
• Knowledge of mobile security best practices
• Experience with animations and complex UI
• Background in scalable backend systems
• Experience with Supabase
• Experience building or integrating with Node.js backend services
• Open-source contributions
