About the Role

Were looking for a Workflow Automation Specialist who loves solving problems by connecting SaaS tools together. Youll design, build, and maintain automations that improve customer experiences, streamline operations, and accelerate lead generation.

If youre the kind of person who gets excited about building a 30-step workflow in n8n that replaces hours of manual work this is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build automations using n8n, Make.com, Zapier, Airtable, HubSpot, Slack, CRMs, and APIs.
• Create lead gen workflows (scraping, enrichment, CRM sync, email sequences).
• Improve customer flows (signup onboarding activation follow-up).
• Integrate multiple SaaS tools into smooth pipelines without manual handoffs.
• Monitor workflows and optimize for errors, scaling, and efficiency.
• Document recipes/playbooks so the team can replicate or adapt workflows.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to identify automation opportunities.

Requirements

• 2- 4 years of experience in workflow automation (n8n, Zapier, Make.com, or similar).
• Strong understanding of SaaS tools, CRMs, APIs, and integrations.
• Comfort with vibe coding (light scripting in JS/Python if needed).
• Analytical mindset can map processes and turn them into workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• API Development or Coding Skills

Nice to Have

• Experience in RevOps or Marketing Ops.
• Knowledge of webhooks, API documentation, and data enrichment tools (e.g., Clearbit, Apollo).
• Prior work in SaaS startups or fast-moving environments.
