About the Role
Looking for a results-driven Google Ads Specialist to manage and optimize paid search campaigns for multiple clients across diverse industries. This role is ideal for someone who is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about performance marketing and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
Set up, manage, and continuously optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube
Conduct in-depth keyword research and create well-structured, scalable account architectures
Write clear, compelling, and relevant ad copy aligned with landing pages and user intent
Manage daily budgets and bidding strategies to maximize lead quality and cost efficiency
Monitor campaign performance on a daily basis and make data-driven optimizations
Implement and maintain conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics
Proactively identify and eliminate wasted spend, ensuring efficient use of budgets
Run and evaluate A/B tests across ads, keywords, and landing page alignment
Prepare clear, accurate, and actionable performance reports for clients and internal stakeholders
Stay up to date with Google Ads policies, platform updates, and industry best practices
Requirements
3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads accounts
Strong expertise in Search campaigns and conversion-focused optimization
Proven experience running lead generation campaigns
Solid working knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and explain insights in plain English
High attention to detail with a strong focus on account hygiene and best practices
Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment
Strong time management and organizational skills
