About the Role:
The Head of Sales is a senior leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, managing the sales team, and setting overall sales strategy for the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Primary Responsibilities:
Sales Function Setup: Build and structure Pakistan sales operations,
hire/train team, establish processes and performance systems.
Revenue & Strategy: Own revenue targets, execute go-to-market strategies,
manage pipeline and conversions.
Channel Development: Build broker/agent networks, manage partnerships,
drive performance through incentives.
Market Execution: Align with marketing (events, launches, roadshows),
provide market insights, ensure strong brand positioning.
Leadership: Lead sales team, build performance-driven culture, represent
company commercially in Pakistan.
Secondary Responsibilities.
Support in Internal reporting, coordination with leadership on expansion
trategy, process optimization, ad hoc commercial initiatives

Experience: 8+ years
Working Days & Timings: Monday to Friday (12 pm to 09 pm)
Location: Lahore
