Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative for our client based in Sri Lanka with 4-5 years of relevant experience. This role combines inside sales activities, client site visits, partner management, and coordination of sales operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities, including occasional international travel.
Key Responsibilities:
Inside Sales & Cold Calling:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, generate new business opportunities, and follow up on leads.
- Partner Management:
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with active partners, ensuring ongoing collaboration and satisfaction.
Sales Coordination & Operations:
- Work closely with internal teams to coordinate and manage the operational aspects of the sales process, ensuring smooth order fulfilment, follow-ups, and timely delivery.
- Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve business goals and revenue targets.
- Support the Sales Manager in prioritizing high-value opportunities and managing the sales pipeline effectively.
Collaboration with Marketing Team:
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with ongoing marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Help organize and participate in promotional events, regional events, pocket sessions, webinars, and other activities.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Track and document all sales activities, meetings, and outcomes using the CRM system.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the Sales Manager.
- Flexibility in Travel:
- Be willing to travel within the Sri Lanka and internationally as required for business development, client meetings, and partner collaborations.
Time Management and Multitasking:
- Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or business development (preferably in B2B sales).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Should have knowledge of local Language).
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build long-term business relationships.
- Self-driven with a high level of initiative, organization, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively.
- Willingness to travel within the Sri Lanka and internationally as needed.
- Previous experience in sales Representative or operations is a plus.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 2 years of relevant experience in inside sales or a similar role.
Salary & Compensation:
- Salary: Can be discussed based on experience.
- Performance-based incentives and allowances for travel.
