Role Overview

Looking for a passionate and talented Lead generating specialist who can identifies, attracts and qualify potential customers (leads) for a business.

Job Purpose:

Our lead generating specialist must identifies, attracts, qualifies, and nurtures potential customers (leads) for a business, acting as a crucial bridge between marketing and sales by filling the sales pipeline with high-quality prospects, using research, outbound tactics (calls, emails), inbound strategies (content), and CRM tools to convert strangers into valuable sales opportunities, ultimately driving revenue growth.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Increase the volume and quality of leads entering the sales funnel.

  • Improve sales efficiency by providing qualified prospects.

  • Contribute directly to revenue growth and customer base expansion.

  • Prospecting & Research: Identify ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and research potential clients using databases, LinkedIn, and industry sources.

  • Outreach: Conduct multi-channel outreach via cold calling, personalized emails, and social media to engage prospects.

  • Lead Qualification: Score and grade leads based on interest and fit to determine their potential for conversion.

  • Nurturing: Design and execute lead nurturing campaigns (email, phone, social) to warm up prospects.

  • Data Management: Maintain accurate lead data in CRM systems (like Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales intelligence platforms.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align efforts and ensure smooth lead handoff.

  • Reporting: Track and analyze key metrics (conversion rates, cost per lead) to optimize campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation software.

  • Analytical skills to interpret data and performance metrics.

  • Self-motivation, goal-orientation, and ability to work independently.

  • Experience in sales, telemarketing, or digital marketing.

Reporting structure:

Direct report to campaign lead

Working conditions:

Friendly environment with 08 working hours daily.
