The client is dedicated to helping individuals achieve personal growth and lasting change through NLP, Hypnotherapy, Hypnosis, Timeline Therapy, and Coaching.
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Psychologist with a passion for personal development, behavioral training, and mental health. This role combines sales, client consultation, and relationship management, where you will guide individuals toward enrolling in our NLP and training programs. You will play a key role in building trust with prospective clients, ensuring program enrollments, and maintaining long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on both company-provided leads and self-generated leads to maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Conduct online consultation sessions (via Zoom) with prospective clients, providing guidance and clarity on program benefits.
- Close sales for NLP and training programs, achieving and exceeding monthly targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with graduates and enrolled clients to drive referrals and repeat enrollments.
- Successfully complete one month of structured sales and product training.
- From the second month onward, achieve a minimum of 5 confirmed nominations/enrollments per month (mandatory target).
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors degree (or higher) in Psychology is mandatory.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant workplace experience in psychology, mental health, counseling, coaching, or related fields.
- Strong sales orientation with the ability to influence and convert leads into enrollments.
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Empathetic, professional, and client-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage client relationships effectively.
- Proficiency in using Zoom, Excel, and CRM tools.
