About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Head of Product Growth Marketing to lead the full growth lifecycle from acquisition and activation to retention and monetization. This role blends product marketing, growth experimentation, and data analytics to drive measurable business outcomes. You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to accelerate user adoption, increase conversion rates, and maximize lifetime value (LTV).
Key Responsibilities
Growth Strategy & Leadership

Develop and execute a holistic growth marketing roadmap aligned with product and business goals.

Lead the experimentation culture across funnels A/B testing, onboarding optimization, referral loops, and pricing experiments.

Define and own north-star growth metrics such as CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and retention.

Build and manage a high-performing growth team spanning performance marketing, product marketing, and analytics.
User Acquisition & Activation

Lead data-backed paid and organic growth initiatives across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, social, partnerships, influencer, etc.).

Optimize onboarding and in-app experiences to increase activation and engagement rates.

Leverage growth loops (content, referrals, viral incentives) to drive cost-efficient scaling.
Product Marketing & Positioning

Shape go-to-market strategies for new features, updates, and launches.

Craft user personas, messaging frameworks, and product narratives that convert across audiences.

Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure marketing and product design deliver a seamless journey.
Retention & Monetization

Build CRM, lifecycle, and reactivation campaigns through email, push notifications, and in-app messaging.

Identify churn triggers and develop retention strategies through segmentation and personalization.

Partner with product and finance teams to optimize pricing, packaging, and upsell/cross-sell initiatives.
Analytics & Experimentation

Define success metrics and establish growth dashboards for continuous monitoring.

Conduct cohort analyses, funnel analysis, and retention tracking to inform decision-making.

Partner with Data teams to ensure attribution accuracy and actionable insights.
Qualifications & Skills
-
812 years of experience in growth marketing, product marketing, or performance strategy preferably in SaaS, digital platforms, or tech startups.

Proven track record of driving measurable growth through full-funnel marketing initiatives.

Deep understanding of user acquisition, conversion optimization, and retention mechanics.

Expertise in analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, HubSpot, etc.) and experimentation platforms.

Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management experience.

Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with a product-first mindset.
