Hiring Electrical Sales Executive - Onsite Faisalabad.

Hiring for a leading provider of turnkey IT, Cloud, AI, Data and Network infrastructure.
Job Summary/Objective:
We are seeking motivated Sales Executives to support our UPS and Electrical Solutions division across multiple regions. The ideal candidates will possess both technical understanding and sales capability, with strong market awareness and client-handling skills. This role involves identifying potential clients, conducting product presentations, performing site visits, and supporting customers through complete pre-sales and post-sales engagement. Candidates must be comfortable communicating technical specifications, coordinating with internal teams, and meeting defined sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
-Identify and target potential clients through networking, cold calling, and market research.
-Promote and sell UPS systems, electrical panels, batteries, and backup power products.
-Conduct product demos, technical presentations, and client meetings.
-Perform site visits to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
-Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term customer relationships.
-Understand competitor oƯerings and market trends to position products eƯectively.
-Prepare and maintain sales reports, pipeline updates, and client documentation.
-Coordinate with technical teams for solution design, installation, and after-sales support.
-Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets as assigned by management.
Required Skills & Knowledge:
-Strong understanding of UPS systems, electrical panels, batteries, and basic power concepts.
-Ability to explain technical specifications and product performance to clients.
-Good presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
-Market awareness of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
-Ability to work independently in field sales environments.
-Proficiency in MS OƯice (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
-Capability to manage client expectations and maintain professional relationships.
Certifications / Training (Preferred, Not Required):
Any short course or training related to Electrical Sales, UPS Systems, or Power Products
OEM product familiarity (Huawei, Schneider Electric, Vertiv, ABB, etc.)
Technical Sales or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) courses
Safety or electrical basics training (advantage)

Working Mode: Hybrid
Work Timings: 9am - 6pm
Work Days: Monday - Saturday (alternate Saturday off)
Location: Faisalabad, Pakistan
Experience: 3years
Qualification: Bachelors in Electrical or Electronic engineering.
Experience with UPS & Electrical Power Solutions is preferrence.
