Job Title: Sales & Marketing Manager (Real Estate/Construction/Manufacturing Industry Experienced)

Our Client is established Karachi based Real Estate Development & construction contracting company, having 200 employees working over there.

Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Real Estate Sales & Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing strategies for real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in property marketing, branding, digital campaigns, and sales support to maximize visibility and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns for real estate projects.
• Manage branding, advertising, digital marketing, and promotional activities.
• Plan and oversee marketing events, exhibitions, and client engagement initiatives.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
• Prepare marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective implementation.
• Coordinate with sales teams to generate quality leads and support in achieving sales goals.
• Create and manage social media presence, online listings, and digital advertising.
• Develop brochures, presentations, and other promotional materials.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and stakeholders.
• Provide regular reports on marketing performance to management.

Requirements

• MBA in Marketing from Reputable University (mandatory).
• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in real estate marketing.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, lead generation, and CRM tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Creative, innovative, and target-driven mindset.

Preferred Experience

• Marketing of high-rise apartments, housing schemes, and commercial projects.
• Experience in both traditional and digital marketing campaigns.
