Job Summary
The Senior Business Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring that business solutions are designed holistically across all processes within the D365 F&SCM Warehousing domain. This role emphasizes leveraging pre-delivered best practices to optimize operations, enhance customer engagement, and facilitate effective implementation of organizational changes. The Senior Business Specialist is expected to provide strategic insights and guidance to clients, ensuring the successful adoption of technology solutions
Design and configure: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain modules essentially Sales & Marketing, Customer Returns, Retail and commerce process flow knowledge. Additional knowledge and experience in Product information, Inventory, logistics, warehouse, procurement is advantage
FnO modules: Deep experience in Dynamics 365 F&O Retail & Commerce module consultant (setting up channels, stores, payments, pricing etc.)
Configure D365: Order Management, Return order management is essential and good to have knowledge in Case management, Item Management, Inventory, Master Planning, Warehousing, Procurement, Vendor Management.
Documentation: Writing design documents for any customizations and reports for D365. Create and maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation such as API and integration specifications, development guidelines, system architecture diagrams, error handling, security compliance
Quality Assurance: Build and embed quality assurance in everything we do to ensure we deliver a good quality product that meets customers requirements and expectations.
Collaboration: Team spirit mindset as an effective collaboration to support to Product team colleagues to contribute to a successful delivery. Work closely CROSS Teams, as Product Owners, Technical Leads, Developers, and System Architects to align integration efforts with
the overall product strategy and customer engagement goals, contributing to a positive and fun team culture.
Qualifications
Education:
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business administration.
Experience:
- Proven experience in Dynamics 365 F&O Retail & Commerce module
- Strong knowledge of payment systems, pricing models, and retail channel configurations.
- Experience in end-to-end Dynamics 365 F&O module implementation
- Experience working in large enterprises
Skills:
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to drive insights
Other Details:
Work Mode: Hybrid
Location: Malmo, Sweden
Nature of Employment: 6 months contract
Working Timings: 9am-5pm
Working Days: Monday - Friday
