Job Description:

Core Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Infrastructure Roadmaps

· Define and evolve the company-wide DevOps strategy

· Align infrastructure goals with product and engineering roadmaps

Team Leadership & Governance

· Lead DevOps, platform, and SRE teams across squads or regions

· Mentor senior engineers and architects, ensuring skill development and succession planning

CI/CD Pipeline Oversight

· Design, build, and manage scalable CI/CD frameworks

· Standardize release processes and ensure deployment reliability

Automation & Tooling Direction

· Drive adoption of automation across environments

· Select and implement tools, when needed, for version control, configuration management, and monitoring

Cloud Optimization & Security Posture

· Manage cloud infrastructure across AWS

· Oversee cost optimization, security compliance, and technical risk mitigation

Cross-Functional Collaboration

· Coordinate with engineering, product, and security teams.

· Represent DevOps metrics and decisions at leadership level.

· Support zero-downtime migrations and incident response planning.

· Communicate DevOps performance, risks, and roadmap to CTOs and executive leadership.

Align DevOps KPIs with business outcomes and delivery timelines.
