Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, data-driven Social Media Specialist who uses AI as their primary working tool. This is not a traditional social media role — you are expected to run end-to-end content pipelines, generate visuals, write platform-ready copy, schedule, and report, all powered by AI. You will bring an AI-first mindset that reduces manual effort and multiplies output quality across every client account we manage

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage monthly content calendars for multiple clients across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and X (Twitter)
  • Use AI to write all platform-specific captions, scripts, and copy — draft, refine, and adapt entirely through AI tools
  • Generate AI-powered visuals and graphics for every post, story, and campaign without relying on a separate designer for routine content
  • Build and manage automated workflows for content approval, scheduling, and cross-platform publishing
  • Monitor trends, brand mentions, and competitor activity using AI, and suggest reactive content topics based on what is gaining traction
  • Produce AI-generated monthly performance reports with clear insights, top-performing content breakdowns, and forward-looking recommendations
  • Continuously A/B test captions, creatives, and formats to improve engagement and reach
  • Repurpose long-form content — blogs, podcasts, videos — into short-form platform-ready assets using AI
  • Collaborate with account managers and clients to align social activity with campaign goals and brand voice

All tools above are in active used by us. Candidates must demonstrate real experience with at least three during the interview.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 2+ years of social media management experience across multiple platforms
  • Demonstrated, hands-on experience using AI tools for content creation, scheduling, or reporting
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone and format per platform
  • Experience building or managing automated workflows using no-code tools
  • Analytical mindset — comfortable interpreting performance data and turning it into action
  • Creative eye for social visuals and an understanding of what performs on each platform
  • Bonus: Experience managing multiple client accounts or working in an agency environment
