QA Engineer (Remote - Night Shift | Pakistan | USD Salary)

Job Descriptions:
As a Quality Assurance Engineer at company, you will join our QA team and support our software development organization in delivering a high-quality product to our clients. You will help strengthen our QA processes, expand test coverage, and improve release confidence through a mix of manual testing and automated test development over time. You will collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to validate new functionality, investigate issues, and ensure a consistent, reliable user experience. This is a remote opportunity, and candidates are expected to have overlap with North American hours 

Key Responsibilities

Test Design and Planning:

• Document test cases and create test plans.
• Perform and document risk analysis.
• Develop standards and procedures to determine product quality and release readiness.

Testing and Execution:

• Perform manual and automated testing.
• Record test progress and results.
• Identify, isolate, and track bugs throughout testing.
• Discover and document software bugs.

Continuous Improvement:

• Drive innovation and streamline overall testing processes.
• Research and analyze product features being tested.
• Review user interfaces for consistency and functionality.
• Research and evaluate new tools, technologies, and processes.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of software quality assurance experience, with a focus on both manual and automation testing, including coding automated test scripts
• Experience with C#, Python, HTML and JavaScript and testing frameworks such as MSTest and Boost.Test. Familiarity with .NET MAUI, ASP.NET WebForms/MVC and Azure DevOps preferred
• Experience working with both SaaS and on-premises software solutions is preferred
• Experience with automation tools such as Selenium and/or Playwright
• Experience with load testing and performance testing using tools such as JMeter, K6, or similar
• Experience with both manual and automated testing for desktop and web applications; mobile testing experience is a plus
• Ability to develop an automation framework from scratch

Work Mode: Remote - Full Time | Night Shift
Experience: 3-4 years
Days: Monday to Friday
Timing: 2 hours overlap with Canadian hours - 9 pm - 11 pm (PKT). Rest Flexible timings
