About Client
Our Client is is a Dubai-based SaaS property management platform with four mobile apps and an admin dashboard that streamlines real-estate operations, tenant communication, and online rent management for clients worldwide.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and customer-oriented QuickBooks Live Expert to join our team. In this role, you will provide real-time support to clients using QuickBooks Online (QBO), addressing their accounting and bookkeeping concerns, offering guidance on best practices, and delivering insightful financial consulting.

This is a client-facing position requiring strong communication skills, in-depth knowledge of accounting workflows, and hands-on experience with QuickBooks. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-driven, and passionate about helping clients solve financial challenges efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide live support to clients using QuickBooks Online (QBO)

  • Resolve accounting and bookkeeping queries in real time

  • Guide users through accounting best practices and software features

  • Assist with account setup, reconciliation, reporting, and other QBO functions

  • Deliver expert consulting on accounting processes and financial data interpretation

  • Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and resolutions

    

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial consulting
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) is required

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and workflows

  • Experience in client support or customer service is a plus

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Ability to manage multiple client sessions and prioritize effectively 

  • Relevant certification in QuickBooks or accounting is preferred (e.g., QuickBooks ProAdvisor, CPA, etc.)

Working Days: Monday -Friday
Experience: 2+yrs
Salary: Tax-Free
Working Timings: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (One Hour Break)
Location: DHA, Lahore
