Hiring Senior UI/UX Designer - (Lahore Hybrid Role)

UAE based modern Data & AI consultancy that builds secure, practical, AI-enabled web applications that deliver outcomes, not just dashboards.
Job Description:
Lead end-to-end design for AI-powered mobile and web applications
Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
Create user personas, journey maps, and experience flows.
Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
Build and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries.
Collaborate with AI/ML teams to design intuitive interfaces for complex features.
Design conversational UI and voice interfaces for AI assistants Ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG) across all products.
Required:
3+ years of professional UI/UX design experience.
Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design.
Expert-level proficiency in Figma Experience with mobile app design (iOS and Android).
Proven track record in user research and usability testing.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Preferred Experience:
Designing AI-powered products or data-heavy applications.
Background in health tech, fintech, or transportation apps.
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and design handoff workflows.
Experience with design systems at scale.
Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1).
Experience with voice UI or conversational design
Other Details:
Work Timings: Monday - Friday (10am - 6pm) - Flexible
Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days office; 2 Days WFH)
Location: Adda Plot, Lahore
