Sales Associate - Karachi | Onsite | Tax Free Salary

Client company introduction: 

Hiring for our client who has been operating in the construction field since 1998.

About Role:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client inquiries, coordinating property visits, maintaining client records, and assisting in closing sales deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and accompany clients on visits to model apartments and other property sites.

• Manage incoming leads and conduct follow-up calls with potential clients.

• Maintain and regularly update client logs and lead records.

• Understand client requirements and share relevant property options.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients.

• Follow up with interested clients and assist in converting leads into successful sales.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Fresh graduates and candidates with relevant sales experience are encouraged to apply.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong follow-up, coordination, and client-handling abilities.

• Interest in real estate, property sales, and customer relations.

Experience: 1-2 years

Work Timings: 12 pm - 8 pm

Work Days: Monday- Friday

Work Mode: Onsite

Location: Block 2 Clifton, Karachi
