Finance Manager - Remote - Pakistan

Company Overview:

Hiring for one of our International Creative Media company in Pakistan (Remotely).

Main Highlights of the Post: 

Experience: 5+years of experience in Finance and FP&A (Mandatory experience of creative agency)

Salary: Market competitive and taxable 

Location: Remote 

Working hours / Days: 8pm to 4am Pakistani time (Eastern time zone will be followed) 

Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting

2. Assist with management reporting and financial analysis

3. Track revenue, costs, and profitability at a high level

4. Support leadership with financial insights for decision-making

5. Work closely with internal stakeholders as required

6. Contribute to improving financial visibility and controls

Required Experience

1. 5+ years of experience in Finance / FP&A

2. Prior experience in a creative, marketing, or digital agency

3. Strong understanding of financial analysis and reporting

4. Comfortable working in a remote setup

5. Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills

6. Ability to work independently and adapt to evolving role scope

7. Fluent in English both written and oral

Nice to Have

1. Experience working with international clients or markets

2. Exposure to agency economics (retainerships, project costing, utilization)
