We have a great career opportunity for a Corporate Social Responsibility Manager in a Ukrainian Renewable Energy company with head office in Kyiv.

Our Partner owns and operates a large portfolio of renewable energy projects in Ukraine. The Company focuses on the development and construction of large solar and wind projects, with an emphasis on sustainable development and reducing the impact of harmful emissions on the environment. Currently, the total Company's capacity of the solar and wind projects in ownership and operation is 636 MW and expanding its presence in Ukrainian market.

We are currently looking for a responsible specialist with a strong project management and communication skills who will be responsible for the implementation of the company's social and charitable projects, and cooperation with local communities in the regions where the company's renewable energy facilities are located.

Main Responsibilities:

• Create an engagement calendar that aligns with the CSR strategy and achieves the stated goals and objectives for the year
• Liaise with internal partners and stakeholders working on CSR initiatives to ensure our programming is inclusive of their vision and the needs of the communities they operate in
• Plan and execute events in the location where the Company is presented
• Manage all relevant project administration, including maintaining the budget, on-site coordination and participation in the program, project logistics and post-event procedures
• Track, report, and evaluate CSR programming for participation and effectiveness; make recommendations for new solutions and to improve existing offerings
• Recap, story tell and promote CSR across the Company
• All other duties as assigned by the Unit Head

Qualifications and professional experience:

• Exceptional project management skills, with an ability to work on multiple priorities simultaneously
• Strong communication, organization and interpersonal skills
• A people-person that is passionate about community service and volunteerism
• Recognize the value that diverse perspectives bring to an organization and actively seek to understand and empower these perspectives
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as an active team player
• Willingness to take on new opportunities and tough challenges with positivity, energy and enthusiasm
• Confident hosting a group and managing on-site logistics
• Technologically adept and proficient in Microsoft 365 programs
• Ability to travel up to 20-30% of time, dedicated to executing on-site events in partnership with non-profits and internal team members engaging a significant portion of our company locations
• 3-5 years prior Human Resources, Corporate Social Responsibility or Event Management experience
