We have a great job opportunity of a Business Development Manager C&I Solar in an international Renewable Energy EPC company with head office in Vienna (Austria).

Our Partner is a leading international contractor in turnkey project development, EPC and O&M services for utility-scale Solar projects with 1 GWp+ installed capacity and more than 10 years' professional experience. The Company develops and operates industrial solar power plant projects in CEE region, CIS, MENA & Central Asia.

Leveraging its technical expertise and strong execution track-record, our Partner pursues its strategy to develop, build, own and operate solar plants and aims at expanding its business activities into new markets with a commitment to renewable energy.

Expanding activities in the region, we are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager, who is ready to join BD Team and support the growth of the Company's business in the Corporate and Industrial (C&I) solar segment at the emerging European Renewable Energy markets.

Your Main Responsibilities:

• Sourcing of new business opportunities
• Initiate and develop ground-mounted and rooftop PV projects in CEE
• Provide opportunity evaluation including commercial and economic analysis
• Manage due diligence transaction execution processes
• Negotiate and structure the terms of investment
• Prepare all permit-relevant documents and lead all necessary approval procedures
• Be the interface between development and construction
• Establish a strong network in CEE
• Review and provide updates on market conditions, developments, and trends

The Required Skills and Background:

• Renewable Energy, Electrical Engineering, or Business Administration background
• 3+ years of business development experience in renewables, preferably solar
• Profound technical and commercial understanding of PV projects, preferably in both, ground mounted and roof-top segments
• Strong interpersonal skills/ability to maintain relations across our groups and clients interfaces
• Analytical skills, strong drive for results, and good negotiation skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
• Strong business ethics, flexible and open-minded team player
• Fluency in English and German

PLEASE NOTE:

According to Austrian labor law, we are obligated to specify a minimum Salary Level: The minimum salary is EUR 3,600 gross/month (full-time, 40 hours/week)

Your final salary will be formed after the final interview phase and will be based on your professional experience and personal expectations.
