Operation Manager

Position: Operation Manager (Trading of Electricity and Oil Products)
Location: Vienna, Austria
Work format: Part-time / Full-time / Permanent

We have a great job opportunity of an Operation Manager in an international Oil & Electricity trading company with a head office in Vienna, Austria.

Our Partner is an international trading company that carries out oil products trading operations and is also in the process of registering a balance group for performing export-import operations in the part of wholesale electricity trading.

The Company is one of the major trading companies in Ukraine and also plans an active expansion into EU countries - Austria, Slovakia, Romania and Hungary.

To expand business in the EU countries, we are looking for an experienced Operation Manager, who is ready to join the international team and support the active growth of the company.

Your Main Responsibilities:

• Preparation and submission of necessary reports to regulatory and other bodies, which are required for activities on the electricity market and settlement of electricity imbalances (APCS, APG, UBH, E-Control, Remit)
• Performing representative functions in state authorities and other organizations, preparing and conducting correspondence (APCS, APG)
• Experience in communication and work with banking institutions and tax authorities (will be an advantage)
• Communication with potential and existing clients

The Required Skills and Background:

• Higher education in one of the following fields: Management, Commerce, Finance and Banking
• Work experience in the electricity wholesale market in the country of the European Union (Austria, Slovakia, Romania or Hungary)
• Understanding of the electricity market, experience in preparing reports for APCS, REMIT
• Knowledge of specialized software that is necessary for preparing and sending reports within the framework of the company's activities
• Knowledge of German and English
• Knowledge of the Ukrainian language will be an advantage
• Be ready for short business trips around the EU

Salary Level:
Probation period (3 month): EUR 2,000 net/month (20 hours/week)
After probation period: EUR 2,500 net/month (20 hours/week)
