To achieve our Partner's ambitious goals in Ukraine, we are looking for a motivated Internal Sales Specialist who will join the team and will be responsible for communication with prospect clients and identifying their needs regarding the supply of energy equipment, as well as cooperating with sales managers to hand over qualified requests from clients.
Main Responsibilities:
- Actively contacting clients (cold calling) from the "long tail" database and calling clients as part of current marketing campaigns. You will be offering products that we currently have in stock and helping to expand the Company's client base
- Identifying client potential and their needs
- Handing over qualified requests to sales managers based on their location in Ukraine, or handling your own business cases not assigned to a specific manager
Qualifications and personal qualities:
- University education (preferably in Electrical Engineering, Economics, and Trade)
- A business mindset and a desire to learn (previous sales experience is not mandatory)
- Independence, reliability, and a proactive approach
- Excellent communication and presentation skills – ability to make cold calls, establish contact
- Ukrainian (Fluent) and English at a communicative level (B2+) for internal communication with colleagues, suppliers, partners
