Terms and Conditions for Referrers on HRIC Executive Search

  1. Acceptance of Terms: By referring an applicant through HRIC Executive Search, referrers acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
  2. Permission to Refer: Referrers confirm that they have obtained the express permission of the applicant prior to making a referral. Unsolicited referrals without the knowledge and consent of the applicant may result in the referrer's details being banned from future referrals.
  3. Accuracy of Information: Referrers are responsible for ensuring that all information provided about the applicant and themselves is accurate and up-to-date. Submitting false or misleading information may lead to the referrer and/or the applicant being disqualified from the referral process.
  4. Privacy: By referring an applicant, referrers give consent for HRIC Executive Search to collect, store, and utilize both their personal data and that of the applicant for recruitment purposes. All personal data will be processed according to our Privacy Policy.
  5. Confidentiality: Referrers must treat all job listings, including company details and other sensitive information from HRIC Executive Search, as confidential. Unauthorized disclosure may result in disqualification from the referral program and potential legal action.
  6. Referral Rewards: If HRIC Executive Search offers a reward system for successful referrals, referrers should follow the stipulated guidelines and criteria to be eligible. Payouts or benefits are contingent upon successful placement and completion of any mandatory probation period by the referred candidate.
