About The Role

To serve as a key financial adviser to the CEO and the Executive Committee, delivering actionable business and financial insights to support strategic decision-making. This role is responsible for leading financial planning, assessing business performance, evaluating new opportunities, and ensuring the financial stability of the group.

About You

An ideal candidate must have the following: 

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field/ MBA is an advantage.
• CFA is required (Certified Financial Analyst)
• 5 to 10+ years of progressive experience in finance, financial planning, or corporate financial analysis.
• Proven experience in Budget Management, FP&A, Financial Modeling, Business Performance Evaluation, and preparing Management Reports, with the ability to translate financial data into strategic recommendations
• Experience evaluating new business opportunities, conducting feasibility studies, and supporting investment decisions.
• Must be residing in Kuwait with a Valid Transferable Visa 18
