About The Role
This position will manage and ensure the reliability, safety, and functionality of operational equipment across multiple sites. It encompasses developing and overseeing preventive maintenance programs, coordinating with service providers, and managing contracts and warranties. The role also involves responding to urgent equipment failures, maintaining asset registers, and tracking equipment lifecycle needs. By aligning maintenance planning with operational priorities, this position minimizes downtime, supports business continuity, and ensures equipment performance remains consistent and dependable.
About You
An ideal candidate would have the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering(Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial) or Facilities Management or a relevant Field
- 7 -10 years of experience in Equipment Maintenance or Technical Operations
- Strong knowledge of hospitality or F&B operational equipment
- Proven experience in preventive maintenance program management
- Skilled in vendor and service contract management
- Proactive, structured, and hands-on management style.
- Comfortable managing operations across multiple sites
- Must have a valid transferable Visa - 18 and a driving license
