A Kuwait-based organization operating within the food and beverage sector for more than a decade. Developing and managing a portfolio of restaurant concepts, the company oversees activities from concept development to daily operations, working across culinary, design, and operational functions to support consistent and structured business performance.

About The Role

To lead, develop, and implement comprehensive food safety, hygiene, and operational compliance programs across all locations. Ensure that standards and protocols are consistently applied, operational risks are minimized, and regulatory compliance is maintained across a multi-site hospitality environment with independent authority.

About You 

An ideal candidate would have the following: 

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or any relevant Field
• 8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Food Safety, or Compliance Roles  within the Hospitality, F&B Groups, or Food Retail Environments
• Experience in Food Safety Regulation, Audits,s and Inspections
• Proven experience in operating across multiple sites or outlets
• Independent, Confident decision-maker with sound judgement
• High integrity and ability to enforce standards without compromise
• Calm, authoritative presence in operational environments
• Must have a valid transferable visa - 18
