About The Role:
The IT Director will lead the strategic planning, implementation, and management of the company's IT infrastructure and technology initiatives. This senior leadership role is critical in aligning technology with business objectives to support growth across retail equipment, electronics, and technology sectors. The IT Director will drive innovation, optimize systems, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure secure, scalable, and robust IT solutions that empower business units and deliver superior customer experiences.

About You:
Ideal candidate would have the following:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in IT leadership roles, preferably within retail, electronics, or technology sectors.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.
• Proven track record in managing IT projects, budgets, and teams to deliver business value.
• Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
