About the Role
The ideal candidate will lead and manage the full spectrum of swimming pool construction (installation) and post-construction services (maintenance and service). This role is responsible for ensuring timely project execution, operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and strict adherence to quality and safety standards. With oversight of multiple departments, the Operations Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams, optimize resource utilization, and drive continuous process improvements to achieve business objectives.

About You
The ideal candidate should possess the following:

  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering; MBA is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in operational leadership roles within the swimming pool or MEP construction and services industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of swimming pool systems including filtration, dosing, heating, waterproofing, tiling, and wellness equipment (jacuzzi, sauna, steam rooms, etc.).
  • Strong project management skills with proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and scheduling tools such as Primavera or MS Project.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multidisciplinary teams including engineers, supervisors, and technicians.
  • Proven track record in resource planning, budget control, and cost optimization while maintaining quality standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks.
  • Excellent client-facing, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Experienced in implementing KPIs and driving performance improvements across departments.
  • Holds a valid driving license and is willing to travel frequently to project sites.
