About The Role
Lead a structured tracking, storage, and lifecycle management of company-owned physical assets to safeguard value and ensure operational efficiency. Maintain and update asset registers while overseeing the movement and redeployment of furniture, equipment, and fixtures, coordinating closely with cross-functional teams on asset condition, write-offs, and disposals. Support branch closures, refurbishments, and handovers by managing asset logistics, ensuring storage areas remain organized, labeled, and traceable. Provide accurate reporting and documentation to maintain visibility and accountability across all sites.
About You
An ideal candidate would have the following:
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma, any relevant field
- 3 - 6 years of experience in Asset Control, Inventory Management, Operations, or Logistics
- Experience in multi-site or hospitality environments preferred
- Background in handling physical assets beyond consumable inventory.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Methodical, disciplined working style with attention to detail.
- Ability to coordinate across multiple departments.
